1. A £25 booking fee is charged and is non- refundable 
    

2. ​All services are to be paid in full before or during the first consultation.
    

3. Where packages are purchased of greater than a month period there is 48 hour cooling-off period where a full refund for parts of the package not used are fully refundable with no reason required. After this 48 hour time period refunds may be given where written confirmation from a doctor, consultant or relevant professional states why the client is unable to continue to attend current and future sessions.
    

4. Package consultations are to be used in the time frame as originally purchased.
    

5. 48 hours notice is to be given to reschedule appointments or the session is to be paid for or considered to be a session from the package.
